This role is ideal for Dutch-speaking individuals passionate about providing top-notch customer service in the energy sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Luminus’ Dutch-speaking customers by handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support in Dutch through phone, email, and chat channels while working remotely. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, service requests, and technical support. Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy. Keep accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service delivery. Stay updated on Luminus’ products, services, and relevant industry trends. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
