Revolution is seeking a DTC eCommerce Manager to own and grow our direct-to-consumer digital commerce channel. This newly built site is centered around monthly collection drops, exclusive conventionwear, and custom costume offerings. This role will lead the full onsite consumer experience, from discovery through purchase, by building compelling site experiences, executing strategic campaigns, and driving always-on content and merchandising. The DTC eCommerce Manager will work closely with Marketing, Creative, Product, Demand Planning, Lifecycle & Loyalty, and external agency partners to grow traffic, improve conversion, and build a loyal direct consumer audience. This is a independently operating role ideal for someone who is equally fluent in consumer marketing, eCommerce execution, and performance-driven digital strategy. Own the DTC eCommerce site experience Manage day-to-day site operations, including product setup, site content, navigation, promotions, merchandising, and overall onsite execution. Lead collection drops and merchandising strategy Manage the monthly drop calendar and develop merchandising strategies that create excitement, urgency, conversion, and repeat purchase behavior. Drive integrated campaign execution Partner with Marketing, Creative, Lifecycle, Loyalty, paid, organic, SMS, email, and influencer teams to ensure onsite experiences align with offsite campaigns. Optimize performance through data and customer insights Own reporting for key DTC metrics, including traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, retention, LTV, and promotional performance, while using insights to improve UX, site navigation, and conversion pathways. Support growth through cross-functional and partner collaboration Work with Demand Planning, agency partners, and technology vendors to monitor sell-through, improve site performance, protect margin, and support long-term DTC growth.
