Role Overview

Seeking pharmaceutical research professionals to design high-fidelity enterprise research workflows and complex operational scenarios across regulated R&D environments.

What You Will Be Doing

• Build realistic pharmaceutical research workspaces reflecting cross-functional R&D operations and documentation workflows
• Design multi-step scenarios involving clinical, regulatory, translational, or drug development processes
• Create structured task flows spanning research platforms, technical reports, protocols, and stakeholder coordination
• Collaborate with domain experts to refine workflow realism, evaluation standards, and operational complexity
• Contribute expertise across areas such as drug discovery, clinical development, regulatory affairs, CMC, or pharmacovigilance

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or translational research environments
• Experience working across regulated R&D workflows, clinical operations, or scientific documentation processes
• Familiarity with research and clinical systems used in enterprise pharmaceutical environments
• Ability to translate complex scientific and operational workflows into structured, process-driven task scenarios
• Excellent analytical thinking, technical writing, and cross-functional collaboration skills
