Driver Recruiter Hot Job Fully Remote • Corporate Office - Minneapolis, MN 55422 Quick Apply Overview Salary Range $59,350.20 - $83,046.80 Salary Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Quick Apply Description Job Overview Division : Koch Trucking Reports to: Director of Recruiting Employee Classification: Full Time Weekly Hours: 40 Position Details Job Summary The Driver Recruiter interviews, screens, and qualifies potential truck driver candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. This role collaborates closely with operations to understand hiring demands, ensures compliance with DOT standards, and delivers a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Essential Job Functions Collaborate with the operations team to assess and forecast staffing needs Review and process driver applications, conducting initial screenings based on company qualifications and DOT standards Schedule and conduct interviews, maintaining a positive and professional candidate experience Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards and social media Ensure all activities comply with DOT regulations and internal policies Prepare and manage driver qualification documentation, including background checks, MVRs, and criminal history reviews Maintain accurate candidate records in Tenstreet (Applicant Tracking System) Utilize computer programs including Tenstreet, DriverIQ, Clearinghouse, and Microsoft Office Suite Maintain availability for driver needs outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends Secondary Job Functions Serve as a representative of the Company, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other members of the Koch community, customers and with the public.
