What You’ll Do

• Source at Scale: Build rapid, high-quality candidate pipelines for domestic IT roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and advanced Boolean in Naukri searches. Ceipal ATS preferred.
• Leverage AI: Use modern AI tools (like ChatGPT, sourcing extensions, and automation) to source smarter, match better, and slash your turnaround times (TAT).
• Screen & Submit: Quickly and accurately qualify candidates' technical skills, availability, and fit to meet daily/weekly high-volume submission targets.
• Coordinate Flawlessly: Act as the ultimate bridge between candidates, account managers, and clients—ensuring seamless interviews, fast feedback loops, and a great candidate experience.
• Adapt & Conquer: Navigate a volatile, fast-paced IT solutions market with agility and a solutions-oriented mindset.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience in an RPO, IT Consultancy, or IT Services environment.
• Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree.
• Master Communicator: Standout verbal and written communication skills, paired with the organizational chops to coordinate multiple stakeholders and schedules effortlessly.
• Tech-Fluent: Solid understanding of standard IT skills (Java, Cloud, Python, React, etc.) and major job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Hustle: A proven track record of hitting submission targets under tight deadlines.
