ABOUT THE ROLE
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Documentation Specialist. This role focuses on creating, organizing, reviewing, and maintaining business documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience, organizational skills, documentation expertise, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create, review, and maintain business documentation
- Organize digital files and document repositories
- Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
- Update records, policies, and procedural documents
- Maintain document control processes and standards
- Track revisions and version control activities
- Support compliance and audit documentation requests
- Coordinate documentation updates across departments
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Generate reports and documentation summaries
- Identify documentation gaps and inconsistencies
- Support process improvement initiatives
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, data entry, or support roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Professional, dependable, and results-oriented mindset
