As our Divisional Planning Manager, you play a critical role in managing the full product lifecycle, driving innovation sizing and stock strategies, and supporting business decision‑making through close collaboration with Marketing, Finance, CCO, and Supply Chain in a global, fast‑paced environment. You will be reporting to the Divisional Planning leadership team, and you will manage: Product lifecycle & innovation planning: Build and update sizing recommendations based on marketing briefs and assumptions Manage launches, relaunches, and discontinuations in line with brand strategy Drive innovation forums and track global launch calendars Lead PIPO / DISCO strategies and ensure execution Support relaunch and reactivation processes with brand teams Stock, allocation & supply alignment: Define stock strategies in collaboration with Planning Hubs and Trade Marketing Manage allocations and align with commercial priorities Ensure alignment with Supply Chain constraints and raise risks or exceptions Act as escalation point for major business and stock risks Business partnering & decision support: Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and CCO on planning and trade‑offs Support decision‑making through strong analytical insights Manage early shipment needs and commercial priorities Navigate complex, senior stakeholder environments globally YOU ARE A COTY FIT As a planning professional with strong business acumen, you thrive in a fast‑paced and diverse environment. You are autonomous, resilient, and confident influencing senior stakeholders in a global setup. 5+ years’ experience in planning, demand planning, innovation, or lifecycle management Exposure to global or corporate environments Strong understanding of supply chain flows Experience with product lifecycle management (PIPO / DISCO / ROI) Proficiency with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, JDA, o9) Proficiency in working with Power BI Skilled in working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Professional proficiency in English FMCG or similar fast‑paced industry experience At Coty, we value data savvy people.
