The successful candidate will be essential to the project manager's support, managing packs, supervising order delivery, guaranteeing quality control, and keeping thorough records. Key Responsibilities: Support Project Manager: Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure seamless operations. Assist in coordinating and executing project tasks as assigned. Pack Handling: Efficiently handle and organize translation and localization project packs for timely distribution. Safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of project materials during handling. Order Delivery (OD): Coordinate the smooth and timely delivery of translation and localization orders to clients. Communicate effectively with relevant teams to optimize delivery processes. Quality Control (QC): Conduct quality control checks on translated and localized materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to established standards. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address and resolve any identified issues promptly. Documentation and Sheets: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to distribution activities. Utilize spreadsheets and other tracking tools to monitor project progress and ensure data integrity. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. Proven experience in the Translation and Localization industry. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
