Job Description This is a remote position. Kada is partnering with a growing, yet established independent healthcare/pharma/med comms agency, recruiting for a Director of Project Management for their digital team. The ideal candidate will be located in the NY Tri-State area for access to meetings in NJ and to get acquainted with the team in the first few months, however remote work is flexible and they will consider candidates outside of the market. We are recruiting a project management and agency operations expert with a passion for optimization, resource planning, and a track-record of success. You will be leading their Digital Project Management team comprised of several levels of Project Managers and Account Coordinators. In this role you will lead this team, develop and deploy processes for execution and collaborate with executive in a thriving healthcare marketing agency. Core areas of focus are optimizing and socializing agency executional process, align estimating and fiscal deliverables, unify a digital routing process with client communication, and otherwise act as the unifying lead of agency process and executional rigor. The skills required are providing strong leadership to a team with varying skill sets, identifying knowledge gaps and providing focused training to elevate performance, an organized ideology, a strong orientation in data and procedure, fantastic communication skills, and a passion for collaboration. Responsibilities Manage digital project management and account coordination departments Optimize and evolve digital project workflow and agency processes Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize and socialize agency process and look for potential evolution of process Design a new estimating process and centralize pricing strategy for services and solutions Supplement critical thinking in agency pertinent to client services and support our excellent service offering Solve both operational and business problems quickly and efficiently Work within existing frameworks to centralize and manage onboarding, off-boarding, recruiting, etc. for the Project Management Department Lead and mentor team Advise senior team members on operational challenges and facilitate solutions Help agency delivery the best solutions for About the Agency About the Agency Independent.
