Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the company's overall quality assurance strategy and long-term development plan. Establish, optimize, and monitor the quality management system to ensure compliance with international quality standards and industry norms. Lead quality audits, quality improvement, and risk control efforts to continuously improve product stability and customer satisfaction. Maintain close collaboration with production, procurement, product development, supply chain, and operations teams to drive the achievement of quality objectives. Analyze quality data, customer feedback, and market demands to develop effective improvement plans. Responsible for supplier quality management and evaluation to improve the overall quality performance of the supply chain. Lead the quality assurance team, including training, performance management, and team development. Promote process standardization, operational efficiency optimization, and the development of a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure that the company's products and processes comply with international trade, export, and customer compliance requirements. Participate in senior management decision-making, providing quality management support for company operations and business development. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in quality management, engineering management, manufacturing management, or related fields. At least 20 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality management. At least 8 years of senior management experience, with strong team leadership and cross-departmental management skills. Experience in manufacturing, jewelry, diamonds, luxury goods, consumer goods, or export industries is preferred. Familiar with international quality management systems and standards. Excellent problem analysis, process optimization, and project management skills. Strong communication and coordination skills and international business collaboration abilities. Able to adapt to remote work and possess strong self-management skills. Good English communication skills; experience in international business communication is preferred.
