Spanish - Fully fluent English - Fully fluent Responsibilities and more: About the Role We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Finance based in Colombia to lead financial planning, reporting, and operational finance. This role will play a key part in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting executive decision-making in a remote environment. Responsibilities Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions Lead and develop the finance team and processes Manage and optimize financial systems, including QuickBooks, ensuring accurate records and efficient workflows Requirements Proven experience in a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or similar role Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling High attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent English communication skills Must be based in Colombia Experience working in remote or international environments is a plus Your potential leader(s): Michelle Serna Murillo -
