Director of Client Operations

Role Description The Director of Client Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational interactions with partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders of Finance Across Borders. This role manages client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, clear communication, and timely delivery of agreed initiatives such as events, programs, and collaborations. The Director will coordinate internal teams, streamline processes, track performance metrics, and address operational issues to maintain smooth execution of all client-facing activities. They will also contribute to financial planning and budgeting for client projects, monitor resource allocation, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. In addition, the Director will support strategic planning, prepare reports and presentations for leadership and partners, and help develop scalable processes that support the club’s growth and impact.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Operations Management and experience designing and improving processes to support client-facing activities.
• Demonstrated ability in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management, with a track record of building and maintaining productive stakeholder relationships.
• Foundational knowledge of Finance and experience with Budgeting, including planning, tracking, and reporting on project or departmental budgets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, international environment.
• Proven organizational and project management abilities, including prioritization, time management, and attention to detail in a remote setting.
• Experience in a student organization, non-profit, or similar environment is preferred; familiarity with the finance industry or finance education is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
