Responsibilities 1.Lead the overall expansion and sales management of the company’s new energy business (energy storage systems or data center backup power products) in the European market; develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. 2.Deeply understand European local market dynamics, policies, regulations, and competitive landscape; identify key customer and partner opportunities; drive development and relationship management of strategic accounts. 3.Build, manage, and motivate the European sales team; set sales targets and performance evaluation mechanisms to ensure effective execution of company strategies and team achievement of KPIs. 4.Coordinate internal resources (technical support, product, delivery, etc.) to provide end-to-end services from solution design to after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction. 5.Participate in key industry exhibitions and marketing events in Europe, enhance brand awareness, and expand channel partner networks. Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s degree or above; electrical engineering, power electronics, automation, new energy or related fields preferred. 2.10+ years of sales experience in energy storage, power electronics, or new energy industries, with at least 5 years in a team management role. 3.Candidates with proven experience in bringing similar products to the European market from leading companies are highly preferred. 4.Deep insights into the European energy storage market (residential/C&I) or data center backup power market; familiar with key country policies, customer distribution, and channel ecosystems. 5.Strong business negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and strategic thinking skills; capable of independently driving complex projects to success. 6.English as a working language; EU residency or visa and familiarity with local business culture preferred. Ethnic Chinese candidates are preferred. 7.Comfortable with remote work and able to travel frequently within Europe as required.
