With campuses in New Zealand, Australia, Germany (Whitecliffe University of Applied Sciences), the Middle East, we’re creating seamless global pathways for students to gain world-class, industry-aligned qualifications. We’re seeking a dynamic Director - International/Partnerships to lead our International Team and drive our global partnerships strategy. Reporting directly to Executive Chairman , you’ll own: • Building and managing high-value international university collaborations, articulation agreements, exchanges, joint programmes, and industry alliances • Expanding partnerships across Europe, Asia, North America, Middle East, and beyond • Driving student mobility and global learning pathways • Supporting new market entries (immediate focus: North America) • Ensuring alignment with quality, regulatory, and strategic goals You bring: • Senior leadership in international higher education partnerships/business development • Proven track record negotiating complex global agreements • Strong network in international education • Expertise in student mobility trends and regulations • Strategic mindset, negotiation skills, and cross-cultural fluency • Willingness to travel internationally Submit CV + cover letter to [email protected] Email Subject: Director – International/Partnerships We are reviewing and interviewing candidates as we receive them, early submissions are encouraged Location Remote Department International Admissions Employment Type Permanent - Full-Time
