The role also provides strategic support to partnership teams, ensuring business intent is captured while maintaining commercial viability and timely deal closure. Collaboration is central to this position. The Director will work closely with revenue operations and legal operations to automate workflows, leverage AI for contracting efficiency, and maintain the contract lifecycle management system. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across GTM, Finance, and other teams is essential to inform decision-making and enhance Legal’s influence in commercial strategy. The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with significant in-house experience in commercial contracts, particularly within HR-tech or SaaS environments.
