This role encompasses responsibility to ensure that ClaimsPro remains competitive and well positioned in the marketplace for Clients in the Prairies and Territories and Vancouver regions. We are seeking two individuals - Calgary territory and Vancouver territory. As part of the ClaimsPro Business Development team, candidates will be responsible for driving new business and ensuring highly productive client partnerships are maintained. These roles encompass responsibility to ensure that Claimspro remains competitive and well positioned in the marketplace demonstrating account strategic leadership for Clients in the Western markets. These roles requires hands-on industry experience with a track record of client development, sales execution, and ability to provide continued organic growth and opportunity across the organization. What You’ll Do Sales: Build and maintain strong business relationships with your insurance-based network, brokers and insurers Travel regularly to meet clients in person and attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions Capture insights from meetings and translate them into clear, detailed outlines of each client’s needs for operations Establish structured follow‑up plans and track progress through consistent engagement Set up client meetings and close on new business. Manage growth initiatives, and drive innovation in account development Relationship management and organic expansion, consistently broadening customer base and services provided for Client partners. Maintain competitive market intelligence to leverage opportunities in the marketplace. Account Management: Develop and achieve annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans. Responsible for key account management, and expansion of organic growth opportunities Accountability for sales initiatives relating to the service of client claims Key Performance Factors: Centralized focus on client relationship management, profitable net new client growth, customer retention through consistent and effective client contact. Delivery of revenue targets, new business, and organic growth Who You Are A person with business development experience in the Insurance Industry Minimum of 5+ years insurance industry experience – (specifically Claims experience) Must have established relationships and a strong network of established contacts in the insurance industry. Minimum of 5+ years sales experience CIP beneficial Demonstrates strong presentation skills and a solutions and service orientation. Excellent oral and written communication skills A strong communicator who builds trust quickly and naturally Comfortable and confident in meetings, presentations, and social settings Organized and detail‑oriented — you turn conversations into action Curious by nature; you ask the right questions and listen closely Self‑motivated and disciplined, with strong follow‑through Enjoy travel and representing the company externally Environment & Working Conditions Positive Team Dynamics Innovative Resourceful Self-Management - Working from home.
