Role Description This is a full-time role for a Direct Sales Executive, based in Port Harcourt, with some remote work flexibility. The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building long-term customer relationships, understanding clients' financial needs, and offering solutions to meet those needs. The role also involves presenting CAPIS's financial products effectively, collaborating with the team on sales strategies, and maintaining records of sales activities. The candidate will serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering trust in CAPIS’s services. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with diverse clients Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a client-first approach and high levels of satisfaction Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques to meet or exceed targets consistently Minimum of 2 years’ post-graduate experience in Sales Ability to work independently and deliver effectively Applicants must reside within Port-Harcourt Highly organized and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
