We are looking for a Digital Media Manager with a Display Focus to join our Digital team in our head office in the heart of London’s West End. This role is responsible for the effective day-to-day management of digital display campaigns, both managed service and programmatic, ensuring strong delivery across planning, activation and reporting. It combines hands-on campaign management with growing ownership of client relationships, campaign performance and commercial accountability. Key responsibilities Campaign delivery and account management Manage the day-to-day running of digital media accounts, ensuring accuracy across planning, activation and reporting Oversee campaign execution across multiple clients, working closely with Digital Media Executives to deliver activity on time and to a high standard Maintain accurate and up-to-date media plans and schedules, reflecting live campaign activity Ensure reporting is delivered to deadlines, with clear and actionable performance insights Client management and communication Manage the day-to-day delivery of digital display campaigns, across both programmatic and managed service activity, ensuring accuracy across setup, activation and reporting Oversee campaign execution with display partners, working closely with Digital Media Executives and suppliers to deliver activity on time and to a high standard Maintain strong relationships with managed service partners, acting as a key point of contact between AKA and external suppliers Ensure all campaigns meet brand safety standards and are delivered in line with quality and compliance expectations Maintain accurate and up-to-date media plans and schedules, reflecting live display activity across all partners Ensure reporting is delivered to deadlines, with clear, actionable insights on campaign performance Performance and commercial responsibility Take ownership of campaign budget management, including bookings, pacing and billing processes Monitor performance and identify opportunities to optimise campaigns and improve results Lead monthly campaign reviews, providing insight-driven recommendations Ensure campaigns are delivered in a commercially effective and efficient way Innovation and development Stay up to date with developments in the digital media landscape and identify relevant opportunities for clients Test and implement new approaches, platforms or formats where appropriate Team contribution Support and collaborate with junior team members, including line management responsibility following probation Demonstrate a positive, proactive and professional approach within the Digital and wider Media team Requirements Essential Strong understanding of the role of digital media within the wider marketing mix 2+ years’ experience in digital display (Programmatic and Managed Service) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop Desirable Experience using reporting tools such as Google Analytics Interest in broader media channels and cross-channel planning Interest in arts, culture or the entertainment sector Benefits Fully flexible working 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (rising to 31) Free theatre tickets Lifeworks EAP scheme Season ticket travel loan Enhanced parental leave Death in service life insurance Ride to work scheme Department Digital Media Locations AKA London Remote status Hybrid About AKA With over 30 years in the business, we know that emotion drives action especially in live entertainment, experiences and attractions.
