The Opportunity (Role Overview) This is not a conventional media or marketing role. We are looking for a rare individual who sits at the intersection of technical depth, storytelling ability, and business acumen — someone who can walk into our engineering lab, understand what our teams are building, and translate it into compelling, credible digital content that opens doors. As our Technical Digital Media Manager & Content Producer, you will own Dentic World's professional brand presence on LinkedIn — crafting and publishing content that makes engineers, clinicians, investors, and enterprise clients take notice. You will be the voice of our innovation, turning complex embedded systems, dental device engineering, and MedTech R&D into narratives that resonate across the B2B landscape. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at a fast-growing dental technology company — with direct exposure to India's most ambitious medical hardware projects. Core Responsibilities Pillar 1 — Digital Media & Platform Management: Own and drive Dentic World's corporate LinkedIn presence end-to-end — from strategy and editorial calendar to daily execution Develop and maintain a structured content pipeline: plan, schedule, and publish high-quality posts consistently Monitor platform analytics and performance metrics; regularly report insights to leadership and iterate strategy based on data Actively grow our follower base and engagement levels among target audiences: MedTech investors, dental clinicians, healthcare OEMs, and B2B procurement decision-makers Identify and engage relevant industry voices, collaborators, and partnerships to amplify reach Pillar 2 — Multimedia Content Creation: Produce diverse, high-quality content assets independently: long-form posts, carousel graphics, infographics, product spotlight reels, teaser videos, and behind-the-scenes content from our innovation lab Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content — including product walkthroughs, prototype demonstrations, team spotlights, and event recaps Design and create branded visual assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent Ensure all content is on-brand, visually consistent, and aligned with Dentic World's identity and tone Pillar 3 — Technical Writing & Communication: Conduct structured interviews with our internal engineering, clinical, and design teams to extract, understand, and accurately represent complex technical concepts Author deep-dive technical articles, thought leadership pieces, white papers, and product feature documentation for external audiences Translate engineering specifications, R&D findings, and clinical insights into clear, accessible language for non-technical readers without losing accuracy Build and maintain a library of content assets: product briefs, innovation summaries, capability decks, and press-ready write-ups Pillar 4 — Business Development (BD) Alignment: Work closely with the CEO and business development team to align content strategy with commercial objectives and priority markets Develop content that actively supports B2B lead generation — positioning Dentic World as the go-to partner for dental hardware product development in India Craft messaging that clearly communicates our value proposition, differentiation, and capabilities to enterprise clients, healthcare OEMs, hospital procurement heads, and international dental industry stakeholders Support pitch decks, investor communications, and proposal documents with compelling narrative and visual content as required Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Production, or a related discipline Candidates with an engineering or science background who have self-built a strong media / content portfolio are strongly preferred Additional certification in digital marketing, media production, or content strategy is a plus Technical & Platform Skills (Must-Have): Demonstrated track record of managing and growing a professional LinkedIn brand — with a strong, verifiable content portfolio Proficient in video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) Hands-on experience with graphic design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator Exceptional written and spoken English — with the ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to read, interpret, and accurately summarise technical papers, engineering specifications, and R&D documentation Familiarity with LinkedIn Creator tools, analytics dashboards, and content scheduling platforms Good to Have: Background in MedTech, healthcare devices, engineering products, or deep-tech B2B industries Understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead generation, and content-driven sales enablement Experience creating content for international audiences or global B2B clients Knowledge of SEO and keyword strategy for long-form technical content Exposure to investor pitch decks, capability presentations, or corporate communication collateral Experience: 2–5 years in a content production, technical communications, or digital media management role. Candidates with an engineering background who have transitioned into content and media — and can demonstrate both — are especially encouraged to apply.
