🌟 About the Role PPC Digital Marketing Specialist 📍 Location: Remote 🕐 Type: Full-time 💼 Reports to: Head of Media buying Language: RU and UA and ENG only 🎯 Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day operations across Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns in multiple GEOs Build campaign structures from scratch: keyword research, ad group segmentation, bidding strategies, audience signals, exclusions Launch and scale new campaigns when entering new markets or product verticals (igaming, betting) Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies and audience segments Manage budgets with full ownership: forecasting, pacing, reallocation between campaigns and GEOs Diagnose performance issues using GA4, internal BI and Google Ads diagnostics Collaborate with the analytics team on conversion tracking, S2S integration, Enhanced Conversions and attribution modeling Coordinate with the creative team on briefs for new ad assets (RSAs, video, image, Demand Gen creatives) Work with the CRM team on Customer Match list strategy and audience signals for Smart Bidding Monitor compliance with gambling regulations across each licensed market Report weekly performance with clear KPI tracking and proactive recommendations 🛡 Core KPIs You Will Drive CPA and ROAS per GEO and per campaign type FTD volume growth at target acquisition cost Budget utilization efficiency across active campaigns Brand Absolute Top Impression Share across all GEOs Conversion tracking accuracy and attribution coverage Quality Score improvement across high-spend keywords Reduction of policy-limited and disapproved ads Testing velocity: number of structured experiments per quarter 💼 Requirements & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, managing monthly budgets of €50K and above Proven experience in iGaming, gambling or affiliate verticals with deep understanding of regulated traffic and FTD economics Strong command of Performance Max and Demand Gen: asset groups, audience signals, brand exclusions, URL controls, bidding nuances Deep knowledge of Smart Bidding strategies: Target CPA, Target ROAS, Max Conv Value, including when to use, when to switch and how to read learning periods Strong analytical skills with confident use of GA4, pivot tables in Excel or Google Sheets Solid understanding of attribution models (last click, data-driven, position-based) and their impact on optimization decisions Familiarity with conversion tracking setup: GTM, GA4, server-side tracking, GCLID handling, Enhanced Conversions English level B2 or higher for cross-team collaboration 💡 Nice to Have Experience with regulated gambling markets in Tier 1 Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or app campaigns (Firebase SDK, SKAN 4.0) Experience with affiliate or partner tracking platforms Basic SQL for self-service data exploration Sounds interesting?
