Virtual Assistant – Admin/Bookkeeping (Healthcare / NDIS) 6-7AUD/hour Dayshift (AU-BNE hours) – Part time : 30hrs/week The client is a reliable Disability Support service provider that caters to the community under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) in Perth, Australia. Purpose : The Administrative Assistant with SEO Marketing Role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO while also driving the company’s SEO marketing strategies. This unique position requires a blend of organizational skills, marketing acumen, and an understanding of the NDIS industry. Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the NDIS or healthcare industry is a PLUS. Duties and Responsibilities: Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO. Create compelling digital marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives and target audience demographics. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the company's online presence and search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and growth. Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and image alt text, to improve search engine visibility. Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content for the company’s website and blog.
