We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive our growth and online presence — with a core focus on attracting new property owners who want professional short-term rental management. The role Your #1 priority: generate leads from property owners who want airhosted to manage their short-term rentals in Switzerland. Core responsibilities Google Ads (SEA) — build, manage, and optimize campaigns targeting property owners searching for rental management services in Switzerland SEO — grow organic visibility for airhosted.ch in English and German search results Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) — run targeted paid campaigns reaching Swiss property owners, landlords, and real estate investors Social media management — manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with regular, engaging content LinkedIn — develop our B2B presence to reach property owners, real estate professionals, and investors Landing pages & conversion optimization — improve our website's ability to turn visitors into leads Secondary responsibilities Blog content & content marketing — plan and produce content that positions airhosted as the go-to expert in Swiss short-term rental management Email marketing — build and manage newsletter campaigns targeting prospective and existing property owners Partnership outreach — identify and approach real estate agents, property investors, and industry partners for collaboration opportunities Analytics & reporting — track performance across all channels, report results, and make data-driven decisions Improve Pipedrive Other tasks as needed Freelancer & agency management Upon request, you'll have up to a €9,000/year budget for external specialists — agencies, freelancers, or consultants to support you in areas where you need expertise (e.g., technical SEO audits, advanced analytics setup, creative production, content writing). Knowing how to find, brief, and manage great external talent is part of the job. A strong existing network is a plus.
