Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager with advanced skills to develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies for our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have experience running and optimising multiple A/B testing campaigns across email and social media platforms to ensure strong performance outcomes.
This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience working within a digital marketing agency is essential.
The successful candidate will take ownership of campaigns and outcomes, demonstrate initiative in driving continuous improvement, and actively contribute to team performance and the broader profit-sharing structure of our globally operating marketing company.
The role also involves leveraging modern marketing technologies, including AI tools and automation platforms, to improve campaign efficiency, enhance reporting, and support scalable marketing execution.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools) to develop marketing automations, streamline workflows, assist campaign execution, generate insights, and leverage low-code/no-code solutions to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.
- Act as the primary customer contact for SEO and social media marketing and independently manage Facebook campaigns.
- Manage daily marketing campaigns, including creating and coordinating marketing artworks and brochures, conducting marketing campaigns, and monitoring customer budgets.
- Communicate with marketing clients via telephone, email, and SMS, and follow up with customers to coordinate account renewals with administration.
- Oversee marketing campaign accounts and take the lead on managing projects and marketing plans independently.
- Participate in weekly marketing meetings, lead discussions on marketing strategies, present analytics and performance data, and record meeting minutes.
- Work on internal marketing assets, including one with 200,000 monthly visitors and another being an international brand.
- Report regularly to the marketing team on completed work and follow up for the next day.
- Develop and implement high ROI sales funnels to consistently generate multiple leads each month.
- Understand customer needs for marketing campaigns and offer proactive ideas. Facilitate monthly planning sessions with customers for upcoming marketing activities.
- Stay current in marketing trends through research and podcast learning.
- Conduct comprehensive website analyses with advanced SEO skills for both new and prospective customers, as well as for internal business websites.
- Offer proactive strategic recommendations to the CEO to enhance lead generation and internal business growth.
- Create and implement sales and marketing processes.
- Analyse customers and internal business website analytics to inform strategies.
Skill(s) / Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with customers over the phone to determine needs and provide campaign feedback.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
- Passion for learning about marketing.
- Experience in social media campaign management and direct customer engagement for marketing activities.
- Strong experience with Ahrefs or similar tools.
- Familiarity with retargeting methodologies.
- Proficient user of ChatGPT and Canva.
- Expertise in email marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM automations, sequences, and creation of sales marketing funnels.
- Experience in lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Smart, driven, and results oriented.
- Able to conduct marketing meetings and lay out strategies
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms) for marketing execution, workflow automation, content ideation, data analysis, and productivity improvement.
- Ability to utilise AI and automation tools to improve campaign performance, reporting efficiency, and marketing processes.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools for marketing research, strategy development, funnel optimisation, and operational automation.
You will be required to conduct a practical test where you will perform a series of marketing tasks. Experience in Yoast, WP, and FB marketing is necessary to pass the test.
