Job Description Boogie Team is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to support digital growth initiatives for internal agency marketing and client campaigns. This role focuses on improving online visibility, generating qualified leads, strengthening brand presence, and tracking performance across key digital channels. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, creative, and comfortable managing both strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities ⢠Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and audience growth ⢠Manage website updates, landing pages, and basic conversion improvements using WordPress and Wix ⢠Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content recommendations, and performance tracking ⢠Support social media marketing through content planning, platform optimization, and campaign alignment ⢠Create and manage email marketing campaigns and basic marketing automations using Brevo, GoHighLevel, or similar tools ⢠Track digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMRush, and campaign dashboards ⢠Prepare clear performance reports with insights, recommendations, and next-step action items ⢠Review campaign data and provide practical recommendations for improving results ⢠Support digital marketing initiatives for internal agency marketing and client campaigns Requirements ⢠Proven experience in digital marketing, including paid ads, SEO, website management, email marketing, and social media marketing ⢠Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns ⢠Strong understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, landing pages, campaign tracking, and conversion optimization ⢠Experience with WordPress or Wix for website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO improvements ⢠Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMRush, or similar platforms ⢠Experience with Brevo, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM and email marketing tools ⢠Strong English communication skills, especially for campaign updates, reports, and content direction ⢠Ability to review campaign data and turn insights into practical marketing recommendations ⢠Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup ⢠Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or international businesses is preferred ⢠Experience working with small businesses, startups, agencies, or service-based brands is preferred ⢠Basic understanding of copywriting, content planning, and creative direction for digital campaigns is preferred ⢠Experience building or improving marketing funnels is a plus
