Home-based opportunity Role As a member of the ISO capacity building team, the Digital Learning Analytics Specialist analyses learning data to improve digital training, focusing on collecting, interpreting, and reporting on learner engagement, performance, and outcomes using ISO digital learning platform data and other tools to make data-driven recommendations for optimizing learning experiences and achieving organizational goals. The role involves reporting to and working closely with the ISO Digital Learning Team Leader , as well as coordinating with ISO/CS teams to contribute to the ISO Action Plan for Developing Countries. Key responsibilities A. Learning analytics and insight generation Develop and implement an organizational learning analytics framework that aligns analytics efforts with strategic goals, builds capacity, and ensures that insights lead to continuous improvement. Analyse quantitative and qualitative learner data to identify trends, performance drivers, and areas for improvement. Produce and maintain clear reports and dashboards, actionable insights and translate analytics findings into strategic recommendations. Support evaluation activities by providing data for ROI studies, impact assessments, and performance monitoring. B. Project management Maintain complete documentation, including requirements, decisions, timelines, and lessons learned for ISO digital learning projects. Develop realistic schedules for analytics deliverables (dashboards, reports, evaluations). Ensure that documentation, data sources, and reporting templates remain organized and up to date. Monitor progress against deadlines, flag risks early, and propose mitigation actions. Conduct reviews and testing of analytics products to validate data accuracy and usability. Organize weekly meetings to share progress updates on learning analytics covering updates, challenges, decisions required, and next steps. C. Collaboration and stakeholder support. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of analytics outputs. Gather end users and stakeholder feedback on dashboards, reports, and analytics processes to refine and improve them. Promote a collaborative culture in which data is used consistently and effectively across teams using different communication channels. Report to: Capacity Building Digital Learning Team Leader
