Role : Digital Governance Consultant (Remote) Location : Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout : $20 - $60/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Policy Consultant to work on a contract basis. This role involves analyzing, drafting, and reviewing policy documents, legal contracts, and regulatory compliance materials using advanced word processing and PDF tools. The work directly shapes how next-generation AI systems learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input. This position is critical in ensuring clarity, compliance, and adherence to industry best practices across domains like finance, healthcare, and academia. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze, draft, and review policy documents, legal contracts, proposals, and research papers using advanced word processing and PDF tools. • Provide strategic consultation and actionable recommendations on regulatory, legal, healthcare, academic, or finance-related matters to support AI model training. • Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies. • Support clients with precise document formatting, tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction for training and evaluation purposes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align policy documentation with AI development goals and domain-specific expertise. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Advanced proficiency in word processing (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs) and PDF tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) with a focus on document drafting and review. • Strong policy analysis skills with experience in regulatory compliance, legal frameworks, or industry-specific standards. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex policy concepts into clear, actionable recommendations. • Project management experience to handle multiple documents and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Strategic consultation background, with a focus on identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities in policy-related documentation. • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all materials reviewed or produced.
