Role: Design Expert (Multidisciplinary)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Payout: $20 - $70/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Design Expert (Multidisciplinary) to work on a contract basis. In this role, you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, focusing on visual and UX/UI elements to shape how models learn, reason, and perform. Your work will have a direct impact on the development of frontier AI models, and you will be part of a global network of experts contributing to the human intelligence layer for AI in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, review, and refine design interview content with a focus on both visual and UX/UI elements to ensure high-quality, real-world input for AI systems.

• Assess AI-generated materials for quality, usability, and adherence to modern design principles, providing actionable feedback to optimize layouts, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience.

• Collaborate with AI training teams to ensure that design principles and user-centered design thinking are integrated into the development of AI models.

• Deliver actionable feedback to optimize layouts, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience, contributing to the improvement of AI systems.

• Apply your knowledge of typography, layout, visual design principles, and design tools to contribute to the development of high-quality AI models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual design principles, and design tools, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a multidisciplinary context.

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping, as well as user-centered design thinking, to contribute to the development of AI models.

• Strong attention to detail and creativity, with the ability to develop concepts and apply design principles to solve complex problems.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, with excellent communication and feedback skills.

• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a variety of contexts.
