We are looking for a professional with experience in user experience design, digital product adoption, change management, and user engagement within complex corporate environments.

📌 Main Responsibilities

Communication & Engagement

• Execute communication strategies for digital products in clinical and research environments.

• Create and manage user-facing materials, such as guides, onboarding content, and communication assets.

Product Launch & Adoption

• Communicate product value and key use cases to end users.

• Ensure product launches are aligned with the company's digital strategy.

Adoption & Monitoring

• Implement initiatives to drive the adoption of digital solutions.

• Monitor adoption metrics and identify barriers to usage.

Workshops & Training

• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with users and stakeholders.

• Design and deliver training programs tailored to different user groups.

Train the Trainer

• Develop training programs for clinical systems and digital tools.

• Ensure knowledge transfer and support global scalability.

⭐ What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

• Previous experience in user experience design, digital product adoption, or change management.

• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, change management, and continuous improvement practices.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
