The Delivery Operations Analyst is an operational specialist role responsible for supporting effective delivery workforce coordination, contractor lifecycle management, resource planning support, and operational reporting across the Americas region. Working US timezone hours from the Philippines, this role acts as a key operational point of continuity for AMER Delivery Operations, ensuring resource requests, contractor extensions, reporting activities, and workforce planning signals are processed accurately and proactively in real time. The role supports Delivery Scheduling Leads by coordinating operational processes, maintaining accurate workforce and utilisation data, proactively identifying operational risks, and ensuring delivery operations activities progress within agreed governance frameworks and service levels. Here, you will be responsible for supporting operational delivery processes, workforce coordination, contractor management tracking, and reporting activities while making a significant impact by improving operational visibility, reducing delivery risk, and enabling effective workforce planning across the business. Role Responsibilities ● Monitor incoming hiring requisitions during US timezone hours, ensuring AMER resource requests are reviewed and progressed within agreed service levels. ● Conduct first-pass bench and resource checks against workforce management systems to identify opportunities to fulfil demand through internal bench capacity or offshore delivery centres before external recruitment is initiated. ● Coordinate operational workflow activities for approved hiring requests, ensuring alignment with agreed approval and governance processes. ● Maintain accurate operational records, logs, and reporting relating to workforce demand, turnaround times, and delivery operations activity. ● Own and maintain a live register of AMER contractor end dates, proactively identifying extension requirements, operational dependencies, and upcoming risks. ● Prepare contractor extension documentation and operational tracking activities, coordinating with the People team where required for system administration and compliance activities. ● Track FTC-to-FTE conversion activity and proactively follow up on outstanding actions, approvals, or operational dependencies. ● Maintain accurate freelancer spend tracking information to support Finance reporting, accrual management, and operational visibility. ● Support pipeline-to-resource matching activities by analysing workforce demand signals and available delivery capacity across regions and role types. ● Prepare weekly demand-versus-capacity summaries for operational review meetings, highlighting capacity risks, skills gaps, and workforce planning considerations. ● Monitor Salesforce opportunity stages and support workforce planning trigger activities aligned to delivery governance processes. ● Maintain accurate utilisation and operational workforce data within agreed systems and reporting tools. ● Support month-end operational compliance activities, including timesheet tracking and escalation processes. ● Produce accurate operational reporting, workforce summaries, and ad hoc data analysis to support Delivery Operations, Finance, and leadership decision-making. ● Proactively identify operational risks, process inefficiencies, or blockers and escalate appropriately. ● Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational visibility, reporting accuracy, and workforce planning effectiveness. Essential Experience: ● Experience in resource coordination, workforce planning, recruitment operations, delivery operations, or project support within a professional services or technology environment. ● Comfortable working US timezone hours (Eastern or Pacific overlap) from the Philippines on a sustained basis. ● Demonstrated ability to manage operational processes independently with limited supervision. ● Strong organisational, prioritisation, and follow-through skills within a fast-paced operational environment. ● Strong attention to detail, particularly in relation to workforce tracking, contractor management, reporting, and operational data accuracy. ● Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational systems used to manage workforce, utilisation, or delivery data. ● Clear and professional written communication skills, with the ability to provide concise operational updates, reporting, and escalation summaries. ● Ability to proactively identify operational risks, blockers, or process gaps and escalate appropriately. ● Comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams across different stakeholders and operational priorities. ● High level of accountability, ownership, and operational reliability. Desirable Experience: ● Familiarity with PSA or resource management platforms such as Kantata, Mavenlink, Qody, or similar tools. ● Experience working within a global operations or multi-region delivery environment. ● Understanding of contractor lifecycle management, onboarding, extensions, and operational compliance tracking. ● Familiarity with Salesforce as a pipeline visibility and operational reporting tool. ● Experience producing operational dashboards, reporting packs, or workforce planning summaries. ● Exposure to technology consulting, cloud services, managed services, or digital transformation environments.
