Job Overview
We are seeking a Delivery Manager with strong Technical Program/Product Management capabilities to lead end-to-end delivery of key product and platform initiatives. This role will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and business, ensuring on-time delivery of committed roadmap items through strong planning, execution, and cross-functional leadership.
The ideal candidate should have a data-driven mindset, the ability to analyze work across teams, and proven experience driving predictable, high availability delivery in agile environments.

Responsibilities
Delivery & Execution Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of roadmap commitments, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope
- Translate product roadmap into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive predictable delivery through sprint execution, dependency management, and release planning
- Ensure alignment across teams to deliver customer value with high quality and operational excellence
Program & TPM Capabilities
- Lead program planning, roadmap execution, cross-team coordination and ceremonies
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks, driving proactive resolution
- Facilitate technical and delivery discussions, balancing scope, timelines, and quality trade-offs
- Use data and metrics to analyze work, track progress, and improve delivery efficiency
Work Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze backlog, capacity, and team throughput to ensure realistic planning and commitment integrity
- Continuously assess delivery health using KPIs (velocity, cycle time, predictability, defects, etc.)
- Drive root cause analysis for delays or misses and implement corrective actions
- Enable continuous improvement of delivery processes and team performance
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, and Design to align on priorities and execution plans
- Provide clear, data-driven status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Establish strong governance, reporting, and communication cadences following ICIMS ways of working
- Ensure transparency on risks, trade-offs, and delivery timelines
Team Enablement & Agile Excellence
- Coach and enable teams to adopt agile best practices and improve execution maturity
- Remove impediments and create an environment for high-performing, self-organizing teams
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous delivery mindset
- Drive standardization and consistency in delivery practices across teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Technical Program Management, or similar roles
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in product/engineering organizations
- Proven ability to drive on-time delivery of committed roadmap items
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience using delivery metrics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Technical foundation with ability to engage effectively with engineering teams
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred
- Experience in product-led or SaaS organizations
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Aha or similar
- Experience driving process transformation and delivery standardization
- Exposure to data-driven or AI/ML initiatives (nice to have)
- Professional project certification is advantageous but not required
