About Role: This is a unique role where, delivery, Agile, Scrum, customer facing skills all come together! This resource will partner with a large client, working between their business, 3rd party players, internal scrum team, internal project managers, internal product engineering , etc. Must be able and passionate about collaboration, coordination and delivery of features functionality and other product offerings! Proven success of projects programs products working in Project Management, Program Management, Product Owner, Delivery Manager type capacities. Technically savvy w Software Development , InfoSec, Infrastructure, DevOps, etc. - need to be able to communicate well with product engineering team, but also have realistic conversations with customer on what can can't be done and in what timeframe Proven experience creating project plans, milestone schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk mitigation, documentation and communication of project status to execs and customers, product implementation, etc. Proven experience and passion for Scrum. Job Role: Supervise the overall management of SW Delivery and resource allocations needed to deliver software solutions; Be responsible for delivery planning across projects to guarantee the optimal use of resources; Provide leadership and guidance to the software delivery team; Monitor the performance and quality of services delivered locally; Resolve escalated issues according to the applicable governance escalation procedures; Work in close relationship with product owners and project managers to manage their expectations and measure their satisfaction; Manage the relationship with local suppliers and participate in the governance of global suppliers; Meet regularly with the other heads of department to increase the level of engagement and ensure great customer service . Requirements High Level Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related subject; Minimum 7 years experience in team and project management in a high technology or Internet-based software development environment; Minimum 7 years experience in leading SW delivery services in an international environment; Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to a non technical audience; Strong understanding of the Application Lifecycle Management process; Solid experience in managing relationship with external suppliers; Good knowledge in Agile development methodology; Excellent written and spoken English
