We are looking for a Defi Trading Business Development to join a leading DeFi company. About the company: Orderly Network is a permissionless, decentralized exchange protocol and modular ecosystem built on top of NEAR. It uses an on-chain orderbook to provide a platform complete with a risk engine, matching engine, and shared asset pools for Dapps to build on top of. Dapps built on the Orderly Network will allow for financial instruments such as; Spot Trading, Margin Trading, Perpetual Swaps and Lending & Borrowing. Your Impact Source and identify the correct set of partners and engage and establish the partnerships to support our products goals and business strategy Maintain a deep, up to date understanding of the crypto industry, emerging technologies, key players, and business trends Build, maintain and evolve strong relationships with top partners all over the world. Manage existing partners and clients Drive collaboration with partner and internal teams to complete implementation of projects; Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to address client requirements and ensure successful implementation and continued use Candidate requirements Fluent in Chinese (client zone language) 3 + years blockchain/crypto experience Solid, proven business development experience Able to work on highly iterative processes and adapt for project changes Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure Hiring Process Hr Interview Hiring Manager Interview Offer Location: - is remote - Residence country: Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, China Timezone CTT (China Taiwan Time) 3-4 hour workday overlap required
