This is a remote position. We are seeking a Data Quality & Service Management Analyst to support data cleansing, validation, and analysis activities within a service management environment. The role will focus on improving data accuracy, consistency, and governance within ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities Perform data cleansing and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Analyse datasets to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and data quality gaps. Support data quality reviews and ongoing data remediation efforts. Assist with core review and gap analysis activities within the service management platform. Update and maintain records in ServiceNow (or equivalent system). Work with stakeholders to improve data standards and governance practices. Document findings and provide recommendations for data improvements. Requirements Matric and a Tertiary qualification Proven experience in data cleansing, validation, and analysis. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (mandatory). Understanding of data quality principles and governance practices. Ability to identify gaps and support remediation activities. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently. Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel advanced functions). Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Basic SQL or scripting knowledge. Experience supporting data governance or system optimization initiatives.
