The Data Entry Analyst will be responsible for responsible managing and maintaining the company's social media presence across all platforms. This includes creating and scheduling engaging content, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner, and analyzing and reporting on the performance of social media campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of how to use social media for marketing purposes. They should be able to work independently, be highly organized, and be able to multitask effectively. accurately and efficiently inputting and updating data into the company's databases and systems. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate should have excellent keyboarding skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience with data entry or data management. They should also be able to work independently and be able to follow specific instructions and guidelines. Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently input data into company databases and systems Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness Assist with data cleanup and organization projects Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Assist with generating reports and analyzing data as needed Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media platforms Monitor and engage with users on social media platforms, including responding to comments and messages in a timely manner Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using tools such as Facebook Insights and Google Analytics Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and trends Requirements: 1+ years of experience in data entry or data management Excellent keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and follow specific instructions and guidelines Experience with database management systems (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
