The company operates in a highly data-driven environment, leveraging machine learning and cloud -native technologies to power real-time financial services. Foreign employees are already part of the team, and collaboration with global members is encouraged. About the Role As an Analytics Engineer , you will play a key role in enabling company-wide data utilization—from executive decision-making to frontline operations. You will design, build, and operate high-quality data marts that support BI, analytics, and machine learning, while ensuring data definitions, quality, and documentation remain robust and scalable. Responsibilities • Design, build, and operate data marts with clearly defined and consistent metrics • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into standardized data models • Work closely with product and development teams to understand data structures from internal systems and external services • Prepare and manage data (e.g., feature tables) used for machine learning training and inference • Build monitoring and validation mechanisms to detect data quality issues early • Maintain clear, continuously updated documentation covering data mart purpose, usage, and precautions.
