As a Databricks Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data workflows that enable our clients to harness the full potential of their data assets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. 1.5 to 3 years of professional experience in data engineering or related roles. Proficiency in Databricks platform, including Delta Lake, DLT, and Notebooks. Strong experience with PySpark and Apache Spark for large-scale data processing. Solid programming skills in Python and SQL for data transformation and querying. Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development and data pipeline orchestration. Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Azure Cloud, and familiarity with Azure DevOps tools. Experience with CI/CD practices and version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and related technologies. Implement data solutions leveraging PySpark, Python, and SQL to meet business requirements. Monitor and optimize pipeline performance to ensure efficiency and reliability. Support data ingestion from diverse sources, ensuring data quality and integrity. Manage and optimize Delta Lake environments for high-performance data storage and retrieval. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities within CI/CD pipelines. Document technical specifications and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintenance.
