About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Data Analyst to join our Data Science team. In this strategic role, you will focus on strengthening Stripe's analytics foundation by defining and implementing the technical standards for data modeling, storage, governance, and accessibility at scale. This is an infrastructure and platform-focused position, not primarily centered on business analytics. You will operate as a technical leader, influencing the systems and practices that underpin data analysis across the organization. Your expertise will help shape the tools and frameworks that enable data analysts, scientists, and engineers to derive insights efficiently and reliably. The role offers flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location, with a focus on fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.
