Job title : Data Analyst Location : Remote, UK Full-time Permanent Reports to Head of Data & Analytics Compensation : £35,000 – £50,000 per annum We are a fast-growing, data-driven organisation seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our remote-first team. You will translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy across the business. Key responsibilities Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Define and own KPIs, metrics frameworks, and data documentation Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making Ensure data quality and integrity across reporting pipelines Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data availability and governance Requirements 2+ years' experience in a data analyst or similar role Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Experience with Python or R for data analysis is desirable Excellent data storytelling and communication skills Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent What we offer 25 days annual leave + bank holidays 5% employer pension contribution £500 home office setup allowance £1,000 annual learning & development budget Private health insurance Flexible hours Skills: power bi,pound,analytics,ad-hoc,data,business opportunities,looker,tableau,datasets
