We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist who wants to be a client's trusted implementation partner, not just a configuration specialist. This role is perfect if: You're motivated by understanding and solving client business problems You want to be the main client contact during their onboarding journey You're looking for a place where you can grow organically based on performance You like the startup environment but with the stability of a product that already works You value learning and responsibility over just following scripts š§ Your Day-to-Day Client implementation ownership: Be the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding Configure and customize our platform based on client requirements Create functional mappings and post-processors (no coding required) Understand client financial documents and how they want to process them Discovery & requirements: Lead discovery sessions with client finance teams Understand their GL accounts, cost centers, analytical dimensions Translate business processes into platform configurations Work closely with Technical Solutions Consultant on technical requirements Quality & follow-through: Test configurations before go-live to ensure 100% accuracy Close all tasks you open, drive to create value for our customers Document client requirements and implementation decisions Ensure smooth handoff to ongoing customer success team Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Technical Solutions Consultant on every onboarding Coordinate with product team when custom requirements emerge Work with sales team to clarify what was actually sold Learn from senior implementation managers š§ We Need You If You Are Essential: Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, business administration, or finance-related field Financial literacy: You understand the financial cycle, invoices, GL accounts, cost centers (we can't teach this quickly) 1-2 years experience: Ideally in functional consulting, financial operations, or ERP implementation (but we value attitude over years) Detail-obsessed: Quality and accuracy are non-negotiable in this role Strong listener: More important than being a great talker Self-driven chaser: You see tasks through to completion without needing supervision Client-ready: Comfortable leading client meetings independently Languages: Fluent Spanish + strong English Bonus points: Experience with ERP systems or enterprise software Background in SaaS or tech companies Master's degree in data analytics or business intelligence Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable processes 𧬠Cultural DNA We're Looking For Let's be honest: attitude matters more than experience here.
