About the Role As a Customer Success Manager with us, you will play a central role in our customer projects and long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for implementation projects from start to finish and help customers maximize the value of our platform. The role combines project management, consulting, and customer development, where you will work both remotely and on-site with customers. Your Responsibilities Will Include Leading implementation projects from planning to go-live and follow-up Acting as the customer’s primary point of contact throughout the customer journey Building long-term and trusted customer relationships Collaborating closely with developers and technical specialists to find the best solutions for customers Training and supporting users in the system Identifying improvement opportunities and helping customers develop their processes Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term customer value Who Are You? We believe you are a communicative and solution-oriented person who enjoys taking responsibility and driving projects forward. You thrive in customer dialogue and have the ability to create structure even in complex projects.
