Weโre looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the bridge between our technology and our customers' success. ๐ฏ Your Mission As our Customer Success Manager, you are the trusted advisor for a portfolio of AltaPay merchants. You wonโt just manage accounts; you will help them optimize their payment strategies and extract maximum value from our platform. This role sits at the exciting intersection of relationship management, technical consulting, and commercial growth. ๐ Key Responsibilities Master the Onboarding: Guide new customers through implementation, ensuring a seamless transition to the AltaPay ecosystem. Be a Trusted Advisor: Build deep, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as their primary advocate within AltaPay. Technical & Strategic Guidance: Translate complex technical questions (APIs, integrations) into business solutions in collaboration with our product teams. Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor transaction data to advise customers on checkout setups and new payment methods. Commercial Ownership: Lead the commercial health of your accounts by handling contract updates, addendums, and identifying expansion opportunities. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, and Support to ensure we deliver on our promises every single day. ๐ What Weโre Looking For You are a proactive communicator who thrives on seeing customers succeed. You should bring: Experience: A background in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical AM (ideally in Fintech, SaaS, or Payments). The Hybrid Mindset: You are equally comfortable discussing business ROI and technical API integrations. Organization: You can juggle multiple high-value relationships without dropping the ball. Languages: Fluency in Danish and English is essential (written and spoken). ๐ก Bonus points for: Familiarity with the payment landscape or eCommerce ecosystems.
