About the Role Mustard is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position based in Portugal. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our platform. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, building strong relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and developing strategies that promote long-term retention and success. Key Responsibilities Lead customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition onto our platform Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as their trusted advisor Drive customer satisfaction and proactively address client needs Develop and implement customer retention strategies Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience Monitor customer health and engagement to ensure long-term success Advocate for customers and provide insights that help shape product and service improvements Qualifications Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills with a proven ability to exceed client expectations Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written) Experience in customer retention and fostering long-term client loyalty Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust with clients and team members Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Why Join Us?
