TRYDO helps aspiring freelancers, digital marketers, and agency owners build profitable careers through mentorship, workshops, implementation programs, and community support.
We are looking for a proactive Client Success Executive who can build strong relationships with prospects and students, ensure smooth communication, improve student success, and help drive enrollments into our programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Follow-Up & Meeting Coordination
- Call and follow up with leads who register for workshops, webinars, challenges, and mentorship programs.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects.
- Ensure a minimum of 3 qualified meetings are booked daily.
- Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly.
- Follow up consistently until a lead takes a decision.
Student Success & Relationship Management
- Track student progress and engagement.
- Conduct regular check-ins with students.
- Identify students who are inactive and help re-engage them.
- Resolve basic support queries and coordinate with mentors when needed.
- Ensure students achieve milestones inside the program.
Revenue & Upselling
- Guide existing students toward relevant advanced programs.
- Recommend suitable next-step programs based on student goals.
- Follow up with workshop attendees and challenge participants.
- Support admissions and enrollment activities.
- Contribute towards monthly revenue targets.
Community & Operations Support
- Manage communication through WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
- Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, enrollments, and student progress.
- Coordinate between mentors, students, and prospects.
- Ensure a smooth student experience from onboarding to completion.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum 3 qualified meetings booked per day.
- Lead response time under 30 minutes during working hours.
- Student engagement and retention rates.
- Enrollment conversions from workshops and challenges.
- Monthly revenue contribution target of ₹2,00,000+.
- CRM updates maintained accurately.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls and handling objections.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Basic understanding of sales, customer success, and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years experience in Customer Success, Admissions, Telecalling, Counseling, Community Management, or Sales.
- Experience in EdTech, Coaching, Digital Marketing, or Online Communities is a plus.
