Role Summary
This position is specifically for our Calls Team. You will be the voice of our company — handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues in real time, and identifying opportunities to add value through upselling and cross-selling. If you have a background in both customer service and sales, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
Resolve inquiries related to orders, returns, and account management
Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities during calls
Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
Support chat and email channels as operationally required
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, and natural
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role strongly preferred
A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and pitch solutions
Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with CRM platforms and standard computer tools
Reliable home office setup: laptop/desktop, noise-canceling headset, stable internet
