Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain records of interactions in systems or trackers
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Support basic reporting and administrative tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy
- Both Freshers & experienced candidate can apply
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
