Inficore Soft is hiring Customer Service & Email Process Interns who are interested in delivering professional customer experiences through digital communication channels. This internship provides practical exposure to customer interaction, email handling, issue resolution, and service operations while working in a structured remote environment.

Internship Duration: 1–3 Months
Monthly Stipend: ₹15,100
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries through email and other assigned communication channels
* Assist in resolving service requests by following established procedures
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates
* Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely query resolution
* Review incoming requests and route them to the appropriate departments when required
* Support service quality initiatives through documentation and reporting
* Contribute to maintaining a professional and customer-focused communication process
Eligibility:
* Pursuing or completed a degree in any discipline
* Interest in customer service and communication-based roles
* Comfortable working in a remote collaborative environment
* Willingness to learn service operations and support workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong written communication and typing skills
* Familiarity with email platforms or customer support systems
