PROJECTS – More Than Just Project Management
Our PROJECTS department includes around 60 colleagues across 9 specialized teams. Our core areas of focus include:
Customer Project Management
Internal Project Management for Software & Hardware (IPM)
Project Management Office (PMO)
Order Processing
New Product Introduction (NPI)
External Customer Service
Customer Documentation
Our goal: to successfully deliver around 50 customer projects per year – on time, within budget, and at the expected level of quality.
We manage our projects throughout their entire lifecycle, including the after-sales phase.
In many areas, we work closely with our Belgian colleagues and benefit from increasing international collaboration through new organizational structures.
At the same time, we maintain a close-knit team culture – without open-plan offices, with plenty of room for personal growth... and occasionally, even under real palm trees.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Project Manager, you are responsible for international customer projects in the public transport sector – from order intake through to successful delivery.
You manage your projects independently, set priorities and ensure that timelines, quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
Working closely with internal experts, the R&D team and colleagues at our international locations, you coordinate all project stakeholders.
As the central point of contact for customers and internal interfaces, you ensure clear communication and support the commissioning of our systems directly on the vehicles.
YOUR SKILLS
A completed technical degree (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in commercial and technical project management
Fluent German and very good English skills, with confidence in international communication
Strong assertiveness, clear communication skills and a high level of conflict resolution competence
A responsible, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of working collaboratively in a team
Motivation to grow, develop and take on new challenges
