Assist customers with account setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting. Monitor onboarding progress and proactively address customer questions or concerns. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate customer records and onboarding documentation within CRM systems. Track onboarding metrics and identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and satisfaction. Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to relevant internal teams. Stay up to date with product features, updates, and best practices. ✅ Requirements Must be based in Australia and legally eligible to work in Australia. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed. Ability to explain technical or product-related information in a clear and simple manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
