Learn more about Orac Your key responsibilities As our Customer Experience Specialist in Bucharest, you’ll be the crucial link between our customers, our local sales team and the global Orac family. Your days will be varied, and never boring. You are the first point of contact for our customers, primarily Hungarian-speaking, with a Romanian-speaking customer base as well. You have contact by phone, email and beyond. You master our solutions so you can guide our customers with confidence and expertise. You manager the full customer order process, from quotation and order entry right trough payment, returns and sample services. You track customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve the customer experience. You proactively follow up with customers and prospects and onboard new accounts. You keep all sales-related administration up to date in our CRM system (SAP and Salesforce). What success looks like 30 Days. Settled In. You’ve completed your onboarding, you know your team and your tools and you’re already handling orders and creating customers independently in our systems. 60 Days. Finding Your Flow. You’re navigating more complex orders and customer cases with growing confidence, and your customers are starting to know you by name. 90 days. Fully Owning it. You own the entire order-to-cash process, you understand our strategy and your role in it, and you’ve completed your onboarding week at our European hub. What you bring You are fluent in both Romanian and Hungarian, this is essential for serving our local customers in their preferred language. You have experience in a customer-facing role, whether in customer service, sales support or a similar position. You communicate clearly, warmly and professionally, in wring and in conversation. You are an natural problem solver who stays calm under pressure and always looks for the best solution for the customer. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. You are comfortable working with CRM tools and digital systems. English proficiency is a needed, as we work across borders within our European team. Not sure you tick every box?
