Location Remote based in Portugal Start Date 3 June 2026 Schedule Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:00 Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday) No night shifts What you will do Support customers with online bookings Handle changes, cancellations, and information requests Ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience Resolve queries via phone, email, and chat Work with booking systems and digital platforms What we are looking for Fluent in Dutch (mandatory) Communicative English (preferred) Previous customer service experience (preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Organized with strong attention to detail Based in Portugal or willing to work remotely from Portugal What we offer Stable contract in an international environment Performance bonus: €100/month Paid initial training Dynamic and multicultural workplace No night shifts and weekends off Why this role?
